Sproul Lanes is looking for friendly, dependable Shoe Room Attendants to provide fast, accurate service while keeping our shoe room organized and running efficiently. You'll be one of the first team members our guests interact with, making customer service an important part of the job. If you're organized, enjoy helping people, and like working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude. Retrieve requested shoes in correct sizes. Maintain an organized and fully stocked shoe room. Clean, sanitize, and inspect bowling shoes after each use. Assist with keeping inventory organized and report damaged shoes. Answer basic guest questions and direct them to the appropriate team member when needed. Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy. Help maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area. Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed. What We're Looking For Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills. Reliable with excellent attendance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Able to multitask and stay calm during busy shifts. Willingness to work evenings and weekends. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old.
