Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Guest Room Attendant and be the cornerstone of creating a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests. In this lively role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, ensuring every visitor experiences a pristine and inviting space. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help uphold our commitment to exceptional hospitality standards, making each guest's stay memorable and enjoyable. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces to ensure top hygiene standards. Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and refreshments. Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and spot cleaning to maintain a polished appearance. Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns and report them promptly. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, stairwells, and service elevators to uphold overall hotel presentation. Follow proper janitorial procedures using industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure efficiency and safety. Support hospitality efforts by providing friendly service to guests requesting assistance or extra amenities. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning equipment. Experience in hospitality environments or janitorial services is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple rooms effectively. Ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts.
