In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, ensuring each visitor experiences comfort and satisfaction. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to hospitality excellence will help elevate our guest experience to new heights. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in cleaning, floor care, and hotel operations while working in a lively, team-oriented environment. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms to meet high standards of hygiene. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and other supplies to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, and performing specialized floor care to keep all areas spotless and safe. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold room quality. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests. Assist with overall janitorial tasks around the hotel premises as needed, supporting the cleanliness of public areas. Work efficiently within a team to meet daily cleaning schedules while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards for guest service excellence. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for long periods, and moving furniture or supplies. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly. Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
