Job Description

Shaner has an immediate opportunity for a Guest Room Attendant to join our team at our Hampton Inn & Suites Williamsburg Square located in State College, PA. Responsibilities will consist of cleaning guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotels established standards of cleanliness. Also responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. We are seeking a positive, organized individual with strong problem-solving abilities who can promote teamwork. Experience in the hospitality industry required.
Job Requirements :
Minimum one year prior experience as a Guest Room Attendant/Housekeeper. Prior Marriott experience a plus. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, requirements and use of equipment.. Desire and ability to work within a diverse staff. •
