RPH Troy is seeking a FT Housekeeper to join our dedicated team serving Troy, PA and nearby communities. As a Housekeeper in our Environmental Services team, you play a vital part in creating a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients, families, and staff. Your work directly supports Guthrie's mission of delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care across the region. Housekeepers ensures a clean, safe, and aseptic environment across inpatient, outpatient, and office areas. This role supports patient care by performing cleaning, disinfection, waste handling, and equipment maintenance while delivering exceptional customer service.

About Robert Packer Hospital Troy :
A Critical Access Hospital within the Guthrie health system. Open 24 hours a day. A Level IV Trauma Center accredited by the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation.
Position Summary:
This position carries responsibility for the provision and maintenance of the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hospital.
Education, License & Cert:
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
On the job training is provided for this position, prior experience preferred.
Essential Functions:
1. Maintain cleanliness and appearance in all areas of the hospital. 2. Use of appropriate chemicals, supplies, or equipment when needed. 3. Assists in the orientation of new employees. 4. Recognizes and reports potential problems to the supervisor or manager of the unit. 5. Responsible for transporting trash and linen. 6. Assumes responsibility for all information contained in all forms of written communication, including policies and memos. 7.
