Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly, explain game rules, and provide instructions for their escape room experience Monitor guest progress during the game, offering hints or assistance as needed to enhance enjoyment Manage reservations, check-in procedures, and cash handling at the front desk with accuracy and professionalism Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing safety guidelines and responding promptly to any incidents or conflicts Maintain the cleanliness and organization of escape rooms and common areas to uphold high standards of guest experience Handle guest feedback positively, resolving issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits Assist with event management for special occasions or group bookings, coordinating logistics smoothly Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or guest services preferred; enthusiasm is key!
