Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas. Carry out floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing. Ensure all bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and clean. Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures to maintain cleanliness. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing according to health regulations. Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required by the job. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is desirable but not mandatory.
