Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, mop, and clean bathrooms. Restock towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities. Give rooms that final "looks great!" inspection before our guests arrive. Keep hallways, public areas, and other hotel spaces looking their best. Let the team know about maintenance issues or anything that needs attention. Help keep housekeeping carts, supplies, and work areas neat and organized. Treat our guests and fellow team members with kindness and respect. Work together with the team to make sure rooms are ready on time. Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards.
