Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming floors, and replenishing amenities to meet high standards of cleanliness. Perform detailed floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to ensure spotless surfaces throughout guest areas. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, linens, and other essentials to guarantee guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness in public spaces including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas to uphold a welcoming environment. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures aligned with health regulations to ensure a safe workspace for yourself and guests. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continuous quality service. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus. Hands-on experience with cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning equipment and floor care methods. Knowledge of janitorial practices and custodial procedures that promote cleanliness and safety. Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience managing housekeeping or janitorial supplies is advantageous but not required.
