Housekeeper

We are hiring through, detail-oriented housekeepers with excellent cleanliness standards to attend to our guest rooms. The goal is to enhance our guests experience by keeping our facilities clean and in an orderly condition .

Responsibilities:

Stocking cart with supplies and linen for the day Collecting dirty linens and replenishing terry as needed Making beds according to Hilton Standards Vacuuming carpet Sweeping/mopping bathroom floor Dusting and cleaning room furniture, appliances and structural surfaces (wall fixtures, windowsills, vents) Cleaning shower, tub, toilet, sink, mirror, and all bathroom items Removing used guest amenities and trash Replenishing guest amenities and supplies Inspecting room for safety hazards and for operating conditions of equipment Checking for damaged linens Reporting lost and found articles, maintenance problems, or special room problems (e.g. pets in the room) to a supervisor Maintaining organization of linen closet Placing dirty linen into laundry chute Recording room status on work assignment sheets Providing information to guests about hotel services, facilities, and other amenities Preparing rooms for guest arrival and responding to special guest requests such as extra towels, feather pillows, etc Fulfilling Hilton Honors My Way preferences Completing a guestroom in 30-minute allotment Performing deep cleaning duties Inspecting/maintaining all collateral in room Following Hampton Brand Housekeeping Service Standards Skills Proven working experience in relevant field Ability to work independently and remain motivated Helpful with customer service orientation Prioritization and time management skills Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail Knowledge of English language High school degree
