Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to ensure a spotless environment. Perform detailed floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a fresh appearance throughout the property. Maintain public areas by cleaning lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces with precision and efficiency. Handle linen management by collecting soiled linens and distributing fresh supplies to ensure smooth room turnover. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure guest safety and uphold facility standards. Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning products for optimal results. Support team members with housekeeping management tasks as needed to promote a cohesive work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, vacuuming, and carpet extraction. Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service principles to deliver exceptional cleanliness. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively in an industrial cleaning environment. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
