The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. in addition to assisting in our laundry department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality to contribute to a high-standard guest experience. Duties Assist with cleaning and maintaining public areas, hallways, and service corridors to ensure cleanliness and safety. Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to uphold the hotel's appearance standards. Support housekeeping staff by replenishing supplies and removing trash from guest rooms and common areas. Maintain cleanliness of hotel lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and other shared spaces. Ensure all janitorial equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Assist with special cleaning projects such as industrial or deep cleaning tasks as needed. Follow safety protocols and adhere to health standards to promote a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist front desk attendants with delivering supplies to guests. Wash, Dry, and Fold bed linens and towels. Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving supplies or equipment. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles is advantageous. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed within the hospitality environment.
