We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented individuals to fill our Hybrid Front Desk and Housekeeping role. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of professional customer service and active, hands-on work in a beautiful outdoor setting. The Role This is a hybrid position designed to support our camp's daily operations. You will spend part of your time as the face of our resort at the front desk and part of your time ensuring our guest accommodations are sparkling clean and welcoming.

Front Desk Responsibilities:

Guest Services:

Provide a warm welcome during check-in and a friendly farewell at check-out.

Reservations:

Manage bookings via phone and in-person using our reservation system.

Local Expert:

Offer recommendations for nearby activities, trails, dining, and attractions.

Problem Solving:

Assist guests with any needs or questions during their stay.

Housekeeping Responsibilities:

Cabin Care:

Perform thorough cleaning of deluxe cabins and standard rentals.

Facility Upkeep:

Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, laundry rooms, and common areas.

Laundry:

Manage the washing, drying, and folding of linens and towels.

Detail Oriented:

Ensure every guest arrives to a perfectly prepared site or cabin. What We're Looking For A positive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for the outdoors. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, scrubbing). Reliability and flexibility to work weekends and holidays during the peak season. Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!

Pay:

$18.00 per hour
