• Job Summary:

As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas. • Duties:

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas following established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
• Handle cleaning of room amenities like refrigerators and coffee/tea makers.
• Adhere to safety protocols by wearing provided safety equipment and following chemical handling guidelines.
• Greet and assist guests courteously during interactions.
• Notify supervisors upon completing services for room availability.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Respond to guest requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, control supplies, and minimize waste in housekeeping areas.
• Follow established procedures for lost and found items documentation.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel services, or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with custodial duties and industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with other departments.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
