In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic atmosphere. Whether working in a hotel, apartment complex, or private residence, you'll play a vital role in upholding our reputation for quality and care. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces to meet health standards Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and polishing to ensure pristine surfaces Assist with light cooking or food preparation tasks as needed for hospitality settings Manage custodial responsibilities such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring overall cleanliness Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' cleaning requests promptly and professionally Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings preferred Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments highly desirable Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Familiarity with laundry operations and handling household or hotel linens Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Previous experience with housekeeper management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference every day!
