Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential, commercial, and hotel settings. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas, including carpets, floors, and surfaces. Execute residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, Conduct commercial cleaning duties in office spaces, restrooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Manage housekeeping responsibilities i Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Requirements Previous experience in or residential/commercial cleaning is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals used in various settings. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
