Housekeeper - Short-Term Rental Properties We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and support the upkeep of multiple short-term rental properties. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment for our guests. Responsibilities Clean and prepare residential homes and individual rooms between guest stays Ensure all areas are clean, orderly, and guest-ready Sanitize cleaning tools and equipment according to standards Move reasonably small furniture as needed to complete cleaning tasks Restock basic supplies and report low inventory Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition Follow established cleaning checklists and property standards Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or related fields preferred Familiarity with cleaning products, materials, and equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and standing Authorization to work required Additional Details Flexible scheduling based on property needs Work involves multiple short-term rental units Training and cleaning procedures will be provided If you take pride in your work, enjoy creating clean and comfortable spaces, and are looking for consistent opportunities in a growing short-term rental operation, we'd love to hear from you.
