In this vital role, you will be the backbone of maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. Your proactive approach to cleanliness, organization, and hospitality support will ensure our property remains pristine and inviting. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality, janitorial services, and facility maintenance while contributing to a positive guest experience. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across guest rooms, public areas, hallways, and service spaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waxing, and polishing to maintain spotless surfaces Assist with hotel operations by setting up meeting rooms, delivering supplies, and supporting housekeeping staff as needed Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, and outdoor spaces Support custodial efforts by handling trash removal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when required to ensure large-scale cleaning projects are completed efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure the property remains organized, safe, and welcoming for all visitors and staff Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hospitality or industrial settings Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, walking for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and support guest needs Familiarity with custodial management practices and standards in hospitality environments Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
