Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a hospitality environment. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, adhering to established standards of cleanliness. Execute housekeeping management tasks including inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment. Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Ensure that all bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Assist in laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and presentable. Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing friendly and efficient service to guests. Qualifications Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices within a hospitality setting. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
