EVS / Housekeeping Director Job Summary Working as an EVS / Housekeeping Director , you are responsible for directing and leading all aspects of the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department. EVS /
Housekeeping Director Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates housekeeping activities with other departments Actively communicates with administration and other departments Plans, prioritizes, directs, coordinates, and supervises functions and activities of the department Establishes work standards and workflow Establishes and implements procedures for departmental operations Encourages and mentors staff creativity and innovation Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies Proactive in the achievement of the facility's goals and objectives Demonstrates quality leadership in meeting performance plans Develops and maintains job descriptions for department staff Encourages staff to participate in education programs EVS /
Housekeeping Director Preferred Qualifications:
Five years of housekeeping management experience at a healthcare account preferred Excellent interpersonal skills High customer service and quality demeanor Ability to work under pressure and meet established criteria Excellent stress management skills, administrative and organizational, and follow-through (with associates and clients) skills required Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook #IND123
