Principle Responsibilities/Position Purpose:

The primary responsibility of an Evening Turndown Attendant is to clean, stock, and provide turndown service for guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction while caring enough to do it well by adhering to our standards.

Essential Functons:

Provide turndown service by partially turning the side facing the door replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies. Wipe down the tub and sink area. Sign for room keys and restock cart. Visually inspect the room for cleanliness and appearance of the room. Strip and make beds, change linens as needed. Dust all furniture thoroughly. Tidy room and guest items, replace glassware, and empty trash. All lost and found articles must be turned in to the supervisor or the Director of Housekeeping. Clocking in and out accurately is required as per company policies. Respond in a timely manner to guest requests for items and/or other information. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Supportive Functions:

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the requirements of the company. Ability to arrive at work on time and when scheduled. Physically able to move large objects such as: carts, large bags of linen, ironing board. Keep work area neat and organized Respond to guest requests. Report all mechanical problems and hazardous conditions to supervisor, manager or Engineering Department.
