Full-Time Day Shift Pay:

$19.20 per hour + $1.00/hour company pension contribution L5 Services LLC, in partnership with L5/MBM JV, is seeking reliable, detail-oriented custodians to join our team at Joint Base Charleston. This position provides essential cleaning services in a secure federal environment and requires daily driving between assigned service locations. Current Opening

• 1 Full-Time Day Shift position - Naval Weapons Station / Goose Creek, SC

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-2:00 PM Job Duties Custodians are responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary facilities in compliance with strict federal and contract standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Disinfecting and sanitizing restrooms, workspaces, and high-touch areas
• Cleaning office spaces, hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and elevator cabs
• Collecting and removing trash and recyclables from central locations
• Restocking consumables, including toilet tissue, paper towels, soap, and related supplies
• Cleaning all surfaces under six (6) feet in restrooms
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and performing routine floor-care maintenance
• Reporting inaccessible service locations, damages, or maintenance issues promptly through the provided phone app
• Participating in deep cleaning, detailed cleaning, and special projects as directed Requirements
• Ability to pass a federal background check
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English
• Must hold a valid REAL ID-compliant driver's license
• Must be dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently
• Ability to functionally use the provided phone apps on a personal phone
