Lead Locker Room Attendant Golf Operations | Reports to: Locker Room Manager Position Overview Chechessee Creek Club is seeking a service-driven and dependable Lead Locker Room Attendant to join our golf operations team. This position serves as second-in-command within the locker room, assuming full responsibility for locker room operations in the absence of the Locker Room Manager. The Lead Locker Room Attendant is expected to uphold the Club's highest standards of member hospitality, cleanliness, and operational excellence at every touchpoint. Reporting Structure Reports directly to the Locker Room Manager. In the Manager's absence, assumes supervisory responsibility for all locker room staff and operations. Works collaboratively with golf operations, outside services, and the broader Club team to deliver a seamless member and guest experience. Essential Functions Member Services & Hospitality Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to all members and guests; serve as an ambassador of the Club's hospitality standards. Greet members by name and anticipate their needs throughout their visit. Process Ship Sticks and other outbound shipping services accurately and efficiently. Respond promptly and professionally to member requests, ensuring all needs are met with discretion and care. Lead Responsibilities Assume full supervisory responsibility for locker room staff and operations in the absence of the Locker Room Manager. Provide direction, support, and guidance to Locker Room Attendants during daily operations. Assist the Locker Room Manager with staff scheduling, task assignments, and training of new team members as directed. Communicate operational issues, member feedback, and supply needs to the Locker Room Manager in a timely manner. Uphold and model the Club's service standards and professional expectations for all locker room staff. Locker Room Operations & Cleanliness Monitor and replenish supplies including towels, toiletries, and amenities; communicate inventory needs to the Locker Room Manager. Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure all areas meet Club standards at all times. Assist with daily opening and closing procedures for the locker room. Maintain the organization and security of member lockers and personal belongings. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional member and guest experience in a premier private club environment. Strong interpersonal skills; professional, courteous, and poised under pressure. Ability to take initiative and lead a small team effectively in the Manager's absence. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Prior locker room, hospitality, or private club experience preferred. Work regularly requires standing, walking, bending, and use of hands; frequent communication through speech and hearing. Candidates must have close and distance vision with the ability to adjust focus. Work is primarily conducted indoors with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions. #C3G
