Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff. This role requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all spaces meet established cleanliness standards. Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, reporting any shortages or needs to management. Execute floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required. Ensure proper sanitation in bathrooms and kitchens by cleaning fixtures, surfaces, and appliances thoroughly. Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure guest satisfaction through timely and efficient service. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or items. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and floor care techniques is advantageous. Background in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
