Job Summary Countryside Senior Living is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and values creating a comfortable place our residents are proud to call home. While you'll spend much of your day working independently, you'll also be part of a supportive team that shares a commitment to providing exceptional service and care. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize resident apartments, common areas, and facility spaces Perform light laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the community Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation procedures Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly Complete daily assignments efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Work independently while communicating effectively with fellow team members Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned Qualifications Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the day Friendly, dependable, and professional Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and pushing housekeeping equipment Why Join Countryside Senior Living?
