Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools. Handle manual lifting of heavy furniture or supplies with proper techniques to prevent injury. Maintain organized cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency within designated timeframes. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service during each visit. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; janitorial experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards. Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Excellent time management skills with the ability to complete tasks efficiently without compromising quality. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, outdoor work experience preferred for certain assignments. Good communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Familiarity with cleaning products such as detergents and disinfectants; understanding of proper handling procedures is necessary.
