As a Hotel Housekeeper and Houseperson, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests. In this energetic position, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, as well as common areas and public spaces in the hotel. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure every guest experiences comfort and satisfaction from the moment they arrive. Shifts begin at 9am and shift end time is based on hotel occupancy. Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Clean hallways, elevator landings, meeting room, parking lot, public restrooms and other public areas, including windows, carpets, and countertops Remove trash and debris from public spaces and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Perform detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently Follow established safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff alike Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards Support team efforts in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the hotel by adhering to janitorial procedures and hospitality standards Prefer experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles; hotel experience is highly preferred Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service principles Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving cleaning equipment efficiently Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Experience with industrial cleaning tools or equipment is a plus Prior housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms guest spaces into inviting retreats.
