Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygienic environments Operate various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and janitorial tools efficiently and safely Handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and floor care techniques suitable for different surfaces Use appropriate cleaning detergents and chemicals while adhering to safety guidelines Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment with proper technique to prevent injury Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods without compromising quality Assist in outdoor work as needed for cleaning exterior areas or maintaining outdoor spaces Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards Familiarity with cleaning equipment and the safe use of cleaning detergents and chemicals Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Customer service orientation with clear communication skills for client interactions Experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping is a plus Outdoor work experience is advantageous for outdoor cleaning tasks Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness at all times Join us as a Cleaning Professional and be part of a team committed to creating spotless environments that leave lasting impressions.
