Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring proper waste disposal procedures are followed Care for flooring through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to keep surfaces pristine Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Manage kitchen duties including light cooking assistance or meal prep as needed to support household or hospitality operations Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a clean, hazard-free environment at all times Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work or commercial cleaning environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and laundry handling Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Familiarity with housekeeping management tools or systems is a plus Prior experience with cooking or food preparation is desirable but not mandatory Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Join us in creating beautiful spaces that feel welcoming and comfortable!
