In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your dedication will ensure that every guest experiences a pristine, inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to exceptional service and hospitality excellence. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and common areas. Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs. Handle industrial cleaning tasks using specialized equipment for deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and hard surfaces. Maintain cleanliness of public spaces including lobbies, elevators, restrooms, and dining areas to uphold the hotel's standards of hygiene. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory control and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial roles within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment. Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service principles. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Prior custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks effectively.
