In this vital role, you will ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Your contributions will enhance the experience of our guests and create a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence in hospitality. Experienced Candidates only. Entry level need not apply. What you'll do Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a pristine environment. Manage floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to maintain cleanliness and safety. Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to uphold quality standards and implement best practices. Utilize industrial cleaning techniques and equipment for effective deep cleaning tasks as needed. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues to management. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while performing janitorial tasks to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in housekeeping practices. Basic qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting. Preferred qualifications Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. 2 years housekeeping experience required. Inexperienced applicants need not apply.
