We host weddings, corporate retreats, and short-term rentals—and cleanliness is one of the most important parts of our business. We are looking for someone who moves quickly, notices everything, and takes pride in doing things right the first time. This is not casual cleaning. This is high-standard, fast-turnover work where details matter. What You Will Be Responsible For You will ensure every space is spotless, fully stocked, and guest-ready—every time. Cleaning & Turnovers Clean and reset two guest houses and five villa bedrooms to a high standard Turn over spaces quickly and efficiently between guests and events Deep clean as needed to maintain quality over time Event Space Reset Clean and refresh large event spaces after weddings and gatherings Handle post-event cleanup thoroughly and efficiently Ensure spaces are ready on time for the next booking Laundry & Restocking Wash, dry, fold, and properly press linens Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels Keep storage and supply areas organized Property Awareness Notice and report any damage, missing items, or maintenance issues Catch details others would miss (dust, smudges, overlooked areas) Maintain a consistently clean, professional environment across all spaces Who We Are Looking For Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Reliable and punctual (non-negotiable) Detail-oriented to a high standard—not "good enough" Able to move quickly without sacrificing quality Takes pride in clean, organized spaces Can work independently and stay on task Communicates clearly with team members
Required Experience:
Prior housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience Experience with fast turnarounds and high standards preferred What Will Not Work in This Role Slow pace or lack of urgency Missing details or cutting corners Leaving spaces "almost clean" Needing constant supervision Schedule & Pay Flexible hours based on bookings and turnovers Weekends required Competitive hourly pay based on performance and reliability Bottom Line We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and delivers consistently high standards—without being asked.
