Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain high standards of cleanliness in residential settings Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care and efficiency Execute floor care procedures including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to restore surfaces to their best condition Maintain sanitation protocols by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to promote a healthy living environment Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction Manage household chores such as organizing spaces and assisting with light cooking or meal prep when required Follow safety guidelines and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and clients Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles, with knowledge of commercial cleaning practices preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Competence in handling various cleaning equipment including vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and sanitation tools Ability to perform laundry tasks accurately and manage household chores effectively Familiarity with floor care techniques such as waxing and polishing for different flooring types Basic cooking skills are a plus for assisting with light meal preparation or household support tasks Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, healthy homes while delivering outstanding service!
