Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced House Person to join our team. As a House Person, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
• Change linens and make beds
• Restock supplies in designated areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Experience:

• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus
• Familiarity with housekeeping management software is beneficial
• Experience in industrial cleaning or hospitality industry is desirable

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients effectively
