Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services. Requirements Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and floor care procedures. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and staff. Experience in hospitality or custodial management is a plus. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
