Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing Maintain floors through carpet cleaning, floor care, and polishing to ensure they remain in excellent condition Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents or clients, addressing any specific requests or concerns Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when replenishments are needed Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling or training new team members (if applicable) Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products; experience with carpet cleaning is a plus Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not required Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Join us in creating pristine spaces that make a difference!
