Duties Operate pressing machines to expertly press shirts, suits, dresses, and other garments, ensuring crispness and neatness. Inspect clothing items for stains, damages, or irregularities; communicate with team members or customers as needed. Handle dry cleaning processes including sorting, loading, and unloading garments from machines according to care instructions. Fold and package finished items carefully to preserve quality and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and tools to promote a safe and efficient environment. Assist with basic laundry tasks such as sorting, washing, drying, and folding clothing items. Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about garment care or processing times when needed. Requirements Previous experience in dry cleaning, laundry services, or hospitality is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for handling transactions or measuring fabric treatments if required. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Experience with cashiering or cash handling is a plus but not mandatory.
