Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team, committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and residents. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring all spaces are spotless, sanitized, and well-organized, contributing to a positive experience for everyone. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for residents and guests Restock supplies in rooms or common areas, including toiletries, linens, and cleaning products Respond promptly to guest or resident requests with a friendly attitude while providing excellent customer service Conduct regular janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and detailed cleaning of high-touch areas Qualifications Prior experience in custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or residential cleaning is highly desirable Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Experience with laundry procedures and janitorial supplies management is a plus Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices or housekeeper management roles is advantageous Basic understanding of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment Join us in creating clean, safe spaces where comfort meets excellence!
