Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and private spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to ensure a spotless appearance Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure readiness for guest needs Follow established safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance issues or cleanliness deficiencies and report them promptly Adhere to hospitality standards by providing friendly, professional service that enhances guest comfort and satisfaction Manage janitorial tasks efficiently, including waste disposal, window cleaning, and deep cleaning projects as scheduled Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is advantageous Experience in hospitality environments demonstrates the ability to deliver exceptional guest service Knowledge of floor care methods including polishing, stripping, and waxing floors is beneficial Background in janitorial or custodial work provides a strong foundation for maintaining high cleanliness standards Previous housekeeping management experience is a plus for supervisory or training responsibilities Join us in creating inviting spaces where cleanliness meets excellence!
