JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title:

General Housekeeping Work Schedule:

6:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained. Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Cleaning and stocking all restrooms. Clean all breakrooms, training academy, and offices. Clean conference rooms and lounge area. Deep, thorough cleaning of all areas required and as often as necessary. Clean kitchen area, countertops, appliances, and table. Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment. Collecting and disposing of trash in all designated areas. Be responsible for a set of keys to the supply room and maintain the integrity of its contents. Maintain inventory supplies and order replacement items as necessary.

Ability to manage your time efficiently. Work well unsupervised. Self-motivated. Be reliable and dependable. Work well with teammates, supervisors, and peers. Hard worker.

Physical Demands:

Must have the ability to walk and stand 6-8 hours daily. Must use hands and arms to reach, grab, push and pull objects. Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel, squat and climb stairs as necessary. Must be able to lift and or occasionally move objects up to 30 pounds. Must be willing to work in hot / cold work environments, which could also be at times dusty / dirty.
