Utilize ladders safely for tasks such as ceiling or high window cleaning, ensuring proper ladder use and stability at all times. Conduct specialized cleaning tasks including duct cleaning, floor buffing, and outdoor surface maintenance to uphold cleanliness standards. Handle heavy lifting and manual handling of supplies, furniture, or equipment while following safety protocols to prevent injuries. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, and safety glasses consistently during all cleaning activities. Operate fire extinguishers and adhere strictly to safety protocols during routine cleaning or emergency situations. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, safety inspections, and equipment maintenance logs for accountability and compliance. Requirements Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments with knowledge of various cleaning techniques and equipment. Ability to safely operate ladders, hand tools, pressure washers, and other industrial cleaning machinery. Familiarity with safety procedures including proper manual handling techniques, PPE usage, and fire extinguisher operation. Outdoor work experience is preferred for maintaining exterior surfaces and outdoor facilities effectively. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guests or facility users. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in physically demanding conditions. Knowledge of duct cleaning procedures and floor buffing techniques is advantageous.
