Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. Maintain a reliable vehicle for transportation between job sites and ensure timely arrival at each location. Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all cleaning activities. Skills Proven experience in residential housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning tasks. Reliable transportation and a working phone are required for scheduling and communication purposes. Ability to pass a background check to ensure safety and trustworthiness. Good time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties effectively.
