Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of hotel spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently across all areas Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens for residents Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting, outdoor work, and furniture moving with proper techniques to ensure safety Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, floors, windows, and outdoor areas while adhering to health and safety regulations Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, dusting, surface sanitation, and outdoor maintenance Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and safe handling practices for chemicals Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work responsibilities Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs and preferences Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday Experience with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required Physical stamina to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and handle physical demands of the job Join our team as a Housekeeper where your skills will help create clean, comfortable environments that residents love.
