In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of residential properties. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces when applicable Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment for clients Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery effectively Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Dust surfaces, clean windows, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and care for flooring to maintain high standards of cleanliness Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies with proper technique to ensure safety Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage of equipment for efficient workflow Follow health and safety guidelines related to janitorial and custodial work to prevent accidents or contamination Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining quality standards Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management; commercial or janitorial experience is a plus Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation procedures Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Familiarity with cleaning detergents and chemicals; understanding of safety data sheets. Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities Exceptional customer service skills with clear client communication abilities Prior experience in outdoor work environments is advantageous but not mandatory Valid knowledge of cleaning protocols for different surfaces and environments including dusting, floor cleaning, and surface sanitation Timeliness and efficiency Strong communication skills Join us in creating pristine homes where comfort meets cleanliness!
