Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential, commercial, or hospitality environments. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, providing exceptional service and ensuring a comfortable, sanitary space for clients and guests. Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidates. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Friendly, Flexible demeanor with attention to detail Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all areas of the property Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly Restock supplies as needed to ensure continuous service quality Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously Follow safety protocols related to sanitation and equipment operation Assist with janitorial duties in hotel or institutional settings when required Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to meet scheduled deadlines Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and janitorial procedures Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Basic skills in laundry management and household chores such as cooking are a plus Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods This position is vital in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for clients and guests.
