House Person Duties:

Maintain interior public areas, guest rooms, offices, restrooms, exterior areas, landscaping, and parking. Handle light bulbs, basic chores, and work orders. Assist with furnishings, carpets, and meeting space setup. Keep mechanical areas neat and perform preventive maintenance. Inspect public areas daily and prioritize work to minimize guest inconvenience. Respond to guest calls and provide outstanding customer service. Complete projects promptly following company standards.
