Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas following established standards Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all supplies are stocked for guest comfort Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain a spotless appearance Handle janitorial tasks such as waste removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting Maintain cleanliness of public spaces like lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to uphold hotel standards Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution Follow health and safety protocols consistently to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hotel or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently with attention to detail Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cleaning assignments effectively Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service expectations Experience in housekeeping management is a plus for supervisory roles Positive attitude with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to memorable guest experiences!
