Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential or commercial spaces, ensuring every area meets high standards of hygiene and presentation. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to a positive experience for residents, guests, or clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and amenity areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring proper waste disposal Conduct a deep cleaning of unit being turned and prepared for new residents. Assist maintenance staff with grounds and trash removal as needed Ensure all cleaning tools and supplies are well-maintained and stocked for daily operations Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work, janitorial services, or housekeeping role Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and commercial cleaning procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards residents or guests Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, go up and down stairs and ladders Perform repetitive tasks effectively Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards at all times Have a valid driver's license Join our team to make a meaningful difference by creating spotless spaces that promote comfort and well-being.
