The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine environment. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties, including mopping and sweeping. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly. Assist with laundry duties as required to ensure timely availability of clean linens. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and hotel policies. Requirements Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and staff alike. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
