In this role, you'll deliver top-tier cleaning services, ensuring every client's home is spotless, sanitized, and comfortable. Your enthusiasm for maintaining high standards will help build lasting relationships with clients and contribute to a positive, professional environment. We like to keep things professional but also believe a great attitude and friendliness go a long way. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure a pristine environment Execute specialized floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning, polishing hardwoods, and tile maintenance to maintain flooring excellence Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health guidelines Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring satisfaction at every visit Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Reliable transportation to travel between client locations as needed
